to cancel the decision of the authorities
of the city of Pavlodar to build a school

The decision of the city administration
to forcibly seize the territory
of production facilities of disabled
people in favor of the city authorities is a
decision against workers, “monstrous barbarity
and crimes against the constitutional rights
and freedoms of man and citizen.
And no one in the world has the right
to dictate to us hard workers - taxpayers,
who do useful work.

I once again ask you, Comrade
President, to cancel the authorities’ decision
to build a school on the territory
of the production facilities of the Society
for the Disabled in the city of Pavlodar.

отменить решение властей
города Павлодара о строительстве школы
на территории производственной
базы общества инвалидов.
Решение городской администрации
о принудительном захвате территории
производства инвалидов
в пользу городских властей –
это решение против трудящихся, «чудовищное - варварство и преступления
против конституционных прав и свобод
человека и гражданина».
И никто в мире не имеет права диктовать
нам работягам - налогоплательщикам,
которые делают полезную работу.

Ещё раз прошу Вас, товарищ Президент,
отменить решение
властей о строительстве школы
на территории производственной базы
Общества инвалидов в городе Павлодаре.
